Poul Volther
Poul Volther was one of the most important Danish designers of the twentieth century. Active especially in the post-World War II period, he made a decisive contribution to the development of Scandinavian modernism, combining formal simplicity, functionality, and excellent craftsmanship. His seating, characterized by lightweight structures and carefully considered ergonomics, reflects a profound understanding of materials and the relationship between form and use.
