Refund policy

Under consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the product. The product must be in the same condition in which you received it and in its original packaging. Products damaged during the return process due to inadequate packaging will not be refunded.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship the package. Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.
Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
As soon as we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund via your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Once more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at shop@orvett.com. Damage and Problems: Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us
immediately if you find any defects or damage, or if you received the wrong product.
This way, we can assess the issue and resolve it.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items: Certain types of products cannot be returned (for example, special orders, custom products, and/or personalized
orders). If you have any questions or concerns about a specific product, please don't hesitate to
contact us. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on promotional items or gift cards.

Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the product you received and, once it has been accepted, purchase the new product separately.
